Junior Quality Analyst

Our operations are growing, which means we need to expand our quality team. JENSEN education is therefore looking for a Junior Quality Analyst to be based at our headquarters in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. As a quality analyst, you will be part of a small team that plays a central role in the company's quality work.

About the position

In this role, you will develop and analyze relevant key figures for decision-makers within JENSEN. The analysis work is broad and includes monitoring, among other things, study results, absenteeism, teacher qualifications, and survey results. The data will come from all our areas of operation: preschool, primary school, high school, adult education, and vocational training.

There are great opportunities to develop in your professional role and acquire knowledge in tools for ETL processes such as SQL, Python, dbt, version control of code via Bitbucket, database structuring via Snowflake, and presenting statistics using Tableau, Google Sheets, or Excel. You will also be involved in various development projects, such as our BI system and further development of our learning platform. The work also includes participating in other tasks for which the quality team is responsible, such as data protection/GDPR.

Qualifications and background

You have a relevant university degree in, for example, statistics, economics, or systems development. You possess skills in Excel/spreadsheet programs and have good language skills in Swedish and English. It is a merit if you have some programming experience, for example in Python. It is also a merit if you have work experience in the field, but we also welcome candidates who are coming directly from studies.

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous and have a high analytical ability. You enjoy working collaboratively in a team but are also self-driven and can take your own initiatives within the given frameworks. You thrive in an entrepreneurial-driven company with broad and varied tasks.

Employment form

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement. We apply a six-month probationary period.

Location

We are located in bright, pleasant, and modern premises in central Gamla Stan, Stockholm. About 40 employees work at the headquarters.
